Result Reports
AIMData provides detailed reports that analyze each campaign’s effectiveness, measure return on investment, and help you see when changes are needed for your marketing strategy. Currently, these reports are available to your via e-mail.
Following the end of a campaign, your Marketing Analyst will contact you to conduct a thorough review of the results and initiate plans for future campaigns. Results are categorized in the following segments:
Sales Analysis
At the end of each campaign, we download that month’s data from your dealer management system (DMS) and provide a results report. The report provides a complete overview of the sales campaigns and communications sent out:
- A complete list and map of all calls by city and zip code
- New sales and pre-owned sales
- Sales by make, model, body style, and sales person
- A complete overview showing total sales, total calls,
investment per call, investment per sale, gross profit, gross
profit per vehicle and ROI
Service Analysis
With data from your DMS, we track the effectiveness of your service campaigns and deliver a comprehensive report based off of the campaigns and communications sent out:
- A complete list and map of all ROs by zip code
- A complete list of all ROs by city
- A complete list of all ROs by year
- A complete list of all ROs by model
- A complete list of all ROs by make
- A complete count and percentage of coupons redeemed
- A complete count and response percentage of Service level
- A complete overview showing the total number of ROs,
investment per call, investment per RO, gross profit,
response percentage, average gross per unit, total phone
calls and total reminders
